Books

Over the years, I’ve been honored to contribute to books that align deeply with my passion for healing, growth, and soulful living. Writing has given me another way to share my voice and connect with others on their own journeys.

In Joy on Demand, I explored the practice of choosing joy — even in the midst of life’s challenges — and how we can cultivate that joy from within.

In If Only I Knew Then What I Know Now: Women’s Stories of Discovery, I shared pieces of my personal story alongside a powerful collection of voices from women who have turned pain into purpose and wisdom.

Each book is a reflection of the transformational work I believe in — the kind that invites us to slow down, reflect, and remember who we really are.

Joy on Demand: Choose Healthy Habitual Happiness
$12.00

Have you ever wondered how some people can rise above their circumstances and be happy despite their challenges? The five contributors to this book each had what could have been crippling events or conditions in their lives. Each went through the work of transforming their own feelings and core beings, from feelings of isolation and otherness to the strong, happy women they are today.

All the more remarkable, each found a calling to help others take the same journey to completeness and joy. As they tell their stories, they also provide insights into the value of the modalities that led them on that journey.

Each contributor has provided a gift to help you implement what you learn in their chapters. Choose what appeals to you or explore them all. I hope you come to know and love these authors as I have.
