Integrative Energy Healing (IEH) sessions are holistic practices that aim to balance the body, mind, and spirit by working with a person’s energy field. These sessions blend various healing modalities and approaches to support overall well-being and address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual concerns.

Oracle and Tarot card readings are forms of divination and spiritual guidance that use cards as tools for self-discovery, insight, and connection to higher wisdom. Both involve interpreting symbolic imagery, messages, and archetypes to explore life situations, gain clarity, and support personal growth. While similar, Oracle and Tarot cards have distinct features and uses.
